Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, Helpswin reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in your account. Where termination is not due to breach — for example, where you choose to close your account voluntarily — any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable withdrawal verification procedures.
You may close your Helpswin account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent Helpswin from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Helpswin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, Helpswin will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.
